investment love

love is like systematic risk...
differ by person and variety by characteristic....
we can reduce the hurt by diversify the portfolio...
we can choose to have one in one time but the risk will b greater...
we also can have many in one time but do we have time for more than one?

love is like unsystematic risk...
u cant expect how much the return from your investment..
because we cant control everything....
once we invest..we has to accept whatever the profit...

some lover r like risk taker...
they tend to b hurt s long s they can catch the big fish...
the other lover r like risk averse...
they play safe so that nobody will get the heart pain...

love is an investment...
every time we invest..
we expect to gain the profit..
sometime we excel and earn some happiness...
but some other time...
we cry because we loss...

but no matter how...
its still not the end of the world...

so..keep on invest...

p/s: terbaca notes ni kt fb tadi..one of my fwen masa diploma dulu yg post kt fb..my fwen ni used to be an investment student before..ni mst kes berangan masa klas investment..smpi bleh relate dgn real life..LOL

pelik tapi benar

Man names his first-born daughter ‘Facebook’

A young Egyptian man has decided to call his first-born daughter Facebook in a tribute to the social media site’s role in his country’s political revolution.

Proud father Jamal Ibrahim, who was swept up in enthusiasm over the revolt against President Hosni Mubarak, gave his daughter the unorthodox name to express his thanks for developments in Egypt since anti-government protests started on 25 January, according to Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram.

The girl’s full name is Facebook Jamal Ibrahim, and family and friends have reportedly gathered around the newborn to express their continuing support for the revolution that started on Facebook.

Egypt is home to five million Facebook users - the highest number in the Middle East - and the website was instrumental in galvanising civilians for peaceful protests that eventually toppled Mubarak.

Following the President’s resignation on 11 February, graffiti artists scribed 'Thank you Facebook' on walls across Cairo.

During the uprising, thousands of Egypt-themed groups and pages appeared on Facebook, and the military government even started using the site to try and reach out to Egyptian youth.

A whopping 32,000 groups and 14,000 pages were created in this time.

Facebook has received many gifts from young people who were overjoyed by both her arrival and her inventive name, reports Al-Ahram.

the seed

cerita ni GM aku yg share masa briefing  last week..sebab aku rasa menarik aku nk share kat sini..=)

In the Far East, the emperor was growing old and knew it was time to choose his successor. Instead of choosing one of his assistants or his children, he decided to do something different. He called young people in the kingdom together one day. He said, “It is time for me to step down and choose the next emperor. I have decided to choose one of you.”

The children were shocked, but the emperor continued. “I am going to give each one of you a seed today – one very special seed. I want you to plant the seed, water it, and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from this one seed. I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one I choose will be the next emperor.”

One boy, named Ling, was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed. He went home and excitedly, told his mother the story. She helped him get a pot and planting soil, and he planted the seed and watered it, carefully. Everyday, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown.. After about three weeks, some of the other youths began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow.

Ling kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew. Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by, still nothing. By now, others were talking about their plants, but Ling didn’t have a plant and he felt like a failure. Six months went by — still nothing in Ling’s pot.

He just knew he had killed his seed. Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing. Ling didn’t say anything to his friends, however. He just kept waiting for his seed to grow. A year finally went by and all the youths of the kingdom brought their plants to the emperor for inspection. Ling told his mother that he wasn’t going to take an empty pot. But his mother asked him to be honest about what happened.

Ling felt sick at his stomach, but he knew his mother was right. He took his empty pot to the palace. When Ling arrived, he was amazed at the variety of plants grown by the other youths. They were beautiful — in all shapes and sizes. Ling put his empty pot on the floor and many of the other children laughed at him. A few felt sorry for him and just said, “Hey, nice try.”

When the emperor arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted the young people. Ling just tried to hide in the back. “What great plants, trees, and flowers you have grown,” said the emperor. “Today one of you will be appointed the next emperor!”

All of a sudden, the emperor spotted Ling at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered his guards to bring him to the front. Ling was terrified. He thought, “The emperor knows I’m a failure! Maybe he will have me killed!”

When Ling got to the front, the Emperor asked his name. “My name is Ling,” he replied. All the kids were laughing and making fun of him. The emperor asked everyone to quiet down. He looked at Ling, and then announced to the crowd, “Behold your new emperor! His name is Ling!”

Ling couldn’t believe it. Ling couldn’t even grow his seed. How could he be the new emperor?

Then the emperor said, “One year ago, I gave everyone here a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds that would not grow. All of you, except Ling, have brought me trees and plants and flowers. When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Ling was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he Is the one who will be the new emperor!”
  • If you plant honesty, you will reap trust
  •  If you plant goodness, you will reap friends
  • If you plant humility, you will reap greatness
  • If you plant perseverance, you will reap contentment
  • If you plant hard work, you will reap success

after a week. . .

baru seminggu start keja tapi dah rasa mcm sebulan...pheewww
padahal bukan masuk department lg..baru orientation...LOL...mcm ni la kalau badan dah lama sgt "rehat"..tu la "honeymoon" lama sgt...blk keja jek cari bantal dulu..huhu..
lom dpt nak adapt lg dgn perubahan..o_O

keja dgn co. jepun ni mmg bagi satu pengalaman baru kat aku..sbb co. jepun SANGAT STRICT..semua rule WAJIB follow.. bab masa jgn cakap la..mmg kena punctual..aku yg tak suka pakai jam ni pun terpaksa pakai jam sebab tak nak lewat..
punctuality & performance mmg sangat penting dlm co. jepun...kadang2 rasa mcm askar pun ada..T_T
kalau kita fikir positif mmg byk advantage..tak rugi pun follow semua rule tu...so skarang aku fikir +ve jek...takes it as challenge..^_^
tapi satu perkara yg best keja dgn co. jepun ni sbb dorg treat semua staff sama level..tak kira la ko top management ke operator ke still dilayan sama rata..yg tu mmg aku salute..=)

dlm masa smggu ni byk benda baru yg aku belajar..sangat menarik..biasa la kalau masuk co. jepun mmg kena start from zero..even dah ada pgalaman 10 thn pun still start from zero..huhu..bg aku yg fresh grad ni mmg tak da masalah lor..hohoho...aku diberi pendedahan kat setiap department..smpi operator side pun aku aku kena try...mmg best..kira lepas abes orientation ni mmg aku expert la setiap function of each department..=)
mmg bagus sbb kita akan tau apa yg berlaku dlm co..so kalau ada masalah kita bleh tolong improve or overcome that prob..tu la yg co. jepun praktikkan...mcm kartun wonderpet..apa yg penting KERJASAMA...

ok dah abes utk mggu ni..can't wait for next week...^_^
